About Us

"Art it!" offers art programs designed to facilitate self-discovery within a supportive community of like-minded individuals. These programs are ideal for those who value their psychological and emotional well-being and are keen on exploring their creative potential.

What is "Art it!"?

"Art it!" offers art sessions and programs designed for self-discovery in a supportive environment of like-minded individuals who are committed to their psycho-emotional health and interested in unlocking their creative potential. Our sessions also facilitate adaptation and help reduce overall stress and anxiety levels.

"Art it!" is founded on two main principles:

  • Art as Therapy

The creative process serves as a tool for self-discovery. The exclusive use of professional art materials during our sessions creates a genuine creative atmosphere that fosters comfortable self-expression among participants.

  • Safe Environment

We aim to establish an environment where everyone feels safe, free, and part of a collective field focused on self-discovery and collaborative art therapy work, where expressing oneself in any form without fear is encouraged.

Meet our Art Therapists

Our  art therapists employ a variety of artistic techniques and materials, including pastel drawings, collage, the creation of physical objects, and the use of watercolor and acrylic paints, as well as voice and body work.
